Meet Graham Deiman

Graham Deiman serves as the President & Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Frontline Roofing & Restoration. He plays a pivotal leadership role in guiding the company’s operational strategy and ensuring a standard of excellence across all roofing and exterior restoration projects.

Under Graham’s stewardship, Frontline Roofing & Restoration has built a reputation for meticulous craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and unwavering professionalism. The team, fully licensed, bonded, and insured, holds GAF and IKO certifications — a testament to Graham’s commitment to delivering worry-free, reliable results backed by rigorous quality standards.

Before joining Frontline, Graham was the owner of Lightning Restoration LLC, where he oversaw project development, client relations, and team operations. He grew up immersed in the construction industry, learning the importance of hard work, precision, and integrity from an early age. This foundation informed his leadership style and continues to drive his professional ethos today.

Graham holds a degree from St. Cloud State University, where he earned a teaching credential. While he’s not currently in the classroom, he applies the principles of education—clear communication, structured process, and mentorship—in building high-performing teams and delivering consistent client satisfaction.
